A challenging opportunity has become available for a highly personable and experienced Operations Manager to join our senior management team. Leading the team in support to the GM, this role is responsible for the day to day operations of the business. The focus is to create and motivate a great team culture, ensure the brand standards and policies are met and guests have a brilliant experience.

Support the General Manager across all departments, and deputise in their absence
Be responsible for leading, developing and implementing a regular programme of creative, revenue-driving events and - initiatives within the hostel
Work with GM/HQ to evolve and expand the property F&B; offerings to both internal and external guests ensuring all efforts are on-brand and revenue dr
