Element Biosciences is looking for a Field Service Engineer based in Italy, preferably in Milano or Northern Italy, to support our NGS products. This full-time role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex laboratory equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or MS with relevant experience, and fluency in both English and Italian. This position requires travel across the EMEA region, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
