ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs Program Manager, you will ensure project outcomes align with business goals by applying appropriate processes and tools. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and secure stakeholder buy-in for timely delivery. You will guide programs from concept to production, coordinating with internal and external partners. interfacing with internal/external stakeholders /liliLead a Program Core team across functions /liliOrganize program activities and interdepartmental meetings to foster collaboration /liliProactively assess risks and implement risk management strategies /liliCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels /liliDrive stakeholder buy‑in towards business goals /liliEnsure alignment of deliverables with budget, timing and product cost parameters /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering or in other Scientific Area /lili5+ years of experience in managing complex software development projects /liliExperience with AI project development is a plus /liliProficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies /liliProficient in Microsoft Project and Jira /liliAbility to lead Agile ceremonies (backlog, grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) /liliStrong data analysis and presentation skills /liliPMP and/or Agile certifications highly desired /liliUnderstanding of Stage-Gate process /liliExcellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders /liliItalian and English fluent /liliAbility to identify and manage engagement risks /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliPermanent / CCNL /liliAnnual Base Salary (RAL): 50,000-55,000 /liliVariable compensation /liliWelfare and benefits package /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
