MSX is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Field Engineer to support our precious client’s network across Center-South Italy. The role is a blend of remote technical support, on‑site interventions, and training activities.

The Role

As part of our team, you will provide technical expertise and operational support to the Authorized Repairer Network, ensuring compliance with company standards. Your work will involve diagnosing vehicle concerns, guiding repair processes, supporting warranty topics.

- Providing technical support to Authorized Repairers both remotely and on-site.
- Investigating and analysing technical faults and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
- Explaining diagnostic procedures.
- Creating detailed technical reports and maintaining accurate case logs.
- Engaging with technical departments independently and effectively.
- Managing MSX and Client assets in full compliance with company policies.
