As an IT Finance Business Analyst, you will own and evolve our Tagetik platform within the IT Finance & Controlling team, driving consolidation and planning processes. You’ll also support SAP FICO integration and contribute to the Board planning environment, enabling faster, richer business insights. You’ll work across multi-country contexts, lead enhancements, and help shape how finance technology serves the business. This is an opportunity to grow quickly, take ownership, and transform finance processes with fresh ideas.

- Own and evolve Tagetik platform across the Group
- Configure, manage and support Tagetik
- Contribute to group consolidation and financial planning
- Handle IFRS 16 lease management and finance planning scenarios
- Lead enhancements and new releases to improve platform value
- Contribute to SAP evolution and support SAP FICO integration with consolidation and planning




- Support Board planning processes and extend Board capabilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate into functional/technical designs
- Run fit/gap analyses and propose process/app improvements
- Collaborate with supervisors and business partners to deploy solutions
- Grow toward independent initiative leadership in Finance
- 2+ years Tagetik experience
- 4+ years SAP FICO with SD and MM integration
- Familiarity with Board or similar planning platform
- Strong accounting background
- Proactive and curious mindset
- Ability to translate requirements into solutions
- Good written and oral English
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative attitude
- Eagerness to learn in a multi-country environment
