Experteer Overview As Group CEO, you will lead and integrate HVAC players for a growth-focused private equity-backed group. You will shape acquisition strategy, build scalable policies, and drive strategic plans to expand the air treatment division. You'll oversee end-to-end project execution, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining stakeholder relationships and compliance. This role offers influence over a pivotal division in a decarbonisation-driven industrial portfolio with a hands-on, strategic mandate.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maintain competitive edge
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Strong track record leading HVAC businesses across industrial, commercial and complex residential projects
Hands-on, technical leadership with integration capabilities
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
Highly strategic with deep market knowledge and strong communication skills
Ability to build and sustain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and entrepreneurs to acquire
