Responsibilities (English)
You will join the Private Debt Operations team based in Paris. Reporting to the Head of the team, you will be assigned several funds for which you will be responsible, in coordination with service providers, for:
Liability management: subscriptions, capital calls, distributions
Preparation and monitoring of budgets
Coordination of accounting and payments
NAV calculation: valued inventories, fee calculations, waterfall calculations
Audit follow-up
Monitoring of treasury, investment capacity, and performance
Contribution to the preparation of management reports and investor meetings
Preparation or coordination of regulatory reporting
Specific analyses upon request from portfolio managers or investors

Monitoring of treasury, investment capacity, and performance
Contribution to the preparation of management reports and investor meetings

Responsabilità (Italian)
Entrerai a Far Parte Del Team Private Debt Operations Con Sede a Parigi. Riportando Al Responsabile Del Team, Ti Saranno Assegnati Diversi Fondi Per i Quali Sarai Responsabile, in coordinamento con i fornitori di servizi, delle seguenti attività
Gestione dell'attivo: esecuzione delle transazioni, monitoraggio degli investimenti, riconciliazione dei portafogli
Gestione del passivo: sottoscrizioni, richi
