Overview In this role you will drive standardization and optimization of SAP‐MES production processes across regions. You will work within Operations ITS EMEA to shape process design, validate scope, and coordinate a global key‐user network. You will translate requirements into implementable solutions, ensuring transparent, efficient operations. Serve as primary contact for local key users and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train).
Responsibilities Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience. Minimum 5 years of professional SAP‐MES experience. Experience in problem solving with local key users and IT and in analyzing business processes. Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and creation of requirement specifications. Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
