Experteer Overview In this role you support the Performance Management & Reporting function to ensure accurate settlement data and reliable information across internal stakeholders. You will drive discrepancy resolution, data quality improvements, and correct tariff charge allocation to enable accurate invoicing. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams to align data across systems and sustain transparency in performance metrics. The opportunity emphasizes growth, digitalization, and contributing to the energy transition within a leading European energy provider.
Retribuzione / Benefits Discrepancy analysis between inbound and outbound cycles; drive corrective actions using data‐driven insights
Monitor and update billing data, commercial master data, and RCU for reliable settlement activity
Oversee correct tariff charge allocation to the billing system for accurate invoicing




Identify and manage gas delivery points outside the TIF scope for rapid, data‐backed decisions
Verify data consistency across departments and ensure alignment across systems
Responsabilità Energy & utilities knowledge with understanding of Customer Operations processes
Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities; identify root causes and propose solutions
Business acumen within a regulated context (ARERA)
Ability to synthesize complex information for diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SQL or other programming languages a plus
Growth mindset and commitment to digitalization and continuous improvement
Effective communication and ability to work with English as an additional skill
