Renesas Electronics is seeking a motivated Staff Test Engineer to support test development activities for new PCP power management products in Catania, Italy. This hands‑on role focuses on ATE development, debugging, and data analysis to enable reliable product bring‑up and production ramp.

You will develop and optimize ATE test programs and hardware for analog, mixed‑signal, and power management devices, collaborate with Design and Operations, and contribute to yield improvement and test time
