In this role you lead production teams within a wind energy context, driving safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. You bridge employees and senior management while translating strategy into actionable plans. Identify and implement cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to PWI and safety/quality standards
Direct teams to meet safety, quality, and on‑time delivery targets; elevate issues to management
Set performance goals, monitor budget, and report variances
Handle complaints from employees and customers; maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Responsabilità

Technical or Bachelor's xlwpduy degree in engineering or related field
Experience in people management (≥3 years)
Proficiency in Lean and problem‑solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5‑why)
Advanced English
IT proficiency (MS‑Office, SAP)
