Deblock is seeking an Italy Market Lead to be the operational engine and local face of its expansion. You will report to the Founders and VP of Marketing and own the Trust & Growth engine for Italy, bridging strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution.

You should bring ~5 years from consulting or investment banking with a hands-on, high-growth B2C track record, plus strong analytical, marketing, and regulatory navigation skills tailored to the Italian market.
