Meaningful Work From Day One

This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Sales and other departments to drive business decisions. The incumbent will work directly for the Finance Manager and will operate in an office/hybrid setting (4 days a week at the Milan office, Fridays working from home).

What You Can Expect

- Analytical lead for commercial units, preparing meaningful and actionable reporting including budget reporting, variance analysis and depletions reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including forecasting and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support preparation of presentations relating to actuals, budget and forecasts.
- Be the first point of contact for marketing – brand expense budget controlling.
- Support regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness of A&P; spend and analytics to support annual strategy.
- Ad‑hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, identify trends and provide insights.
- Responsible for SOX/Audit controls and reporting.




- Support Finance Manager in daily Finance department activities.

What You Bring To The Table

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial financial analysis or FP&A.;
- Fluency in English for everyday work.
- Strong financial and analytical abilities.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP HANA and BI/BW (preferred).
