Posizione
Lean Specialist Project Coordinator – Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) di Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A.
Attività principali
Provide Lean training to the entire organization
Support management in defining annual improvement projects and the implementation plan (Hoshin Kanri)
Analyze and map company processes to identify waste and propose improvement activities according to defined priorities
Lead improvement projects ensuring adequate methodological support
Prepare, manage, and conduct Kaizen Weeks
Monitor and implement the 5S process
Verify the progress of improvement projects, highlighting results/criticalities to maintain a high level of focus on objectives
Requisiti
Three-year or master's degree in engineering or economics




2–3 years of experience in similar roles and knowledge of Lean/Kaizen approach
Energy, proactiveness, and results orientation
Negotiation, mediation, and listening skills (able to influence teamwork through comments and suggestions)
Good knowledge of English
Willingness to travel nationally
Offerta
Permanent contract, CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, entry level B1 or B2, Gross Annual Salary from 40,000 to 45,000 euros (evaluated based on experience)
