Overview
The ideal candidate will effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support leadership in managing complex project activities, including the preparation of deliverables, process design, and continuous business alignment. By defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group's business processes, identifying risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving towards innovative technology solutions, this person must be:
- A talented IT/Business professional who thrives on complex, high-stakes challenges.
- Determined to succeed by ensuring the timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions.

The role will lead as Project Manager the effective implementation, management, and optimization of Finance and Procurement solutions and their related integrations, actively driving system integrators and internal stakeholders. The candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing required customizations, defining technical guidelines and standards,



and cooperating with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads for system configuration and landscape setup.
Furthermore, the candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirement documents. They will write compelling business cases and proposals, deliver cost-effective solutions, and proactively track business feedback to build continuous improvements into future releases.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Process Design:
- Map business processes and analyze the impact of new processes or systems within the Company group
- Model (as-is) and re-design (to-be) processes according to predefined goals or changing business drivers
- Identify improvements in the business operating model in line with business objectives and priorities
- Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best practices
- Support the Change Manager in projects with significant organizational impact, such as operating model reviews and design/redesign
