Experteer Overview In this R&D; role, you will develop and evaluate high-quality ingredient solutions for Ferrero, aligning with global standards. You'll work with cross-functional teams, external partners, and research institutes to advance raw materials and semi-finished products. Through lab work, supplier collaboration, and scientific research, you'll support innovation and business growth while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge ingredient science within a global, collaborative setting.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support raw material and semi-finished product category development, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with universities, research centers and external scientific partners on research projects
Coordinate alignment among internal stakeholders (Product Development Platforms, Quality, Food Safety, Regulatory, Procurement, Marketing, Nutrition)
Work with external partners and suppliers to develop tailor‐made semi‐finished products meeting technical and quality requirements
Evaluate market raw materials and solutions for Ferrero standards (quality, regulatory, functional performance)
Contribute to laboratory activities including testing, sensory evaluation, and data interpretation
Define and validate semi‐finished product characteristics
Prepare and update technical specifications aligned with internal standards and regulatory updates
Analyze supplier processes and investigate alternatives to improve ingredients and semi‐finished products
Support regulatory monitoring and category developments
Responsabilità Master in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Agri‐Food Science, Biology or related discipline
R&D; experience, preferably in the food industry
Laboratory experience including experimental design and data analysis
Strong understanding of quality and food safety standards
Knowledge of statistical analysis and project management approaches
Ability to work independently and in cross
