Experteer Overview As a Senior Product Engineer I, you design and deploy scalable features for Docebo's world‐class SaaS platform, focusing on Embedded Learning and Companion. You work within a cross‐functional team to translate concepts into production‐grade software, while reducing technical debt and maintaining code quality. You'll tackle complex issues in a fast‐paced, Scrum‐driven environment and influence the product's direction through hands‐on execution. This role offers impact at scale in a mission‐driven company that values autonomy and collaborative problem solving.
Retribuzione / Benefits Design, implement, and deploy scalable software that enhances the core SaaS platform
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver high‐performing features
Maintain and improve code quality through clean, well‐documented code and peer reviews
Refactor and reduce technical debt to boost performance and maintainability
Monitor, troubleshoot,



and resolve live application issues for a smooth user experience
Engage fully in Agile practices (sprint planning, stand‐ups, retrospectives) to keep momentum and alignment
Responsabilità 4+ years of full‐stack development experience with strong frontend emphasis
Proficiency in frontend technologies with willingness to work with Angular
Experience in Scrum environments and a solid understanding of CI/CD and rapid delivery
Automation and testing framework experience to ensure high‐velocity delivery
Proactive problem solver with diagnostic skills for complex issues
Collaborative team player with clear communication and accountability
