The Role

At Granstudio, we recruit talent from around the world across design, engineering and technology disciplines. Most candidates and many of our employees come from international backgrounds,



making English and cross-cultural communication an essential part of this role.
We're looking for an HR professional with strong talent acquisition and organizational skills to support recruitment and all HR management activities for a team of around 70 people.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll contribute across the employee life cycle, gaining exposure to recruitment, onboarding, training, HR administration, employer branding and employee engagement.
Unlike highly structured organisations where responsibilities are often narrowly defined, Granstudio offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR activities. You'll work closely with decision-makers, contribute to projects from idea to execution and see the direct impact of your work on people, teams and the business.
