Position Overview This role, titled Electrification EMEA Category Specialist – Indirect Materials & Services , is part of our procurement team focused on electrification. It offers a fast‐paced, international environment that values innovation, digitalization, and sustainability. Your Mission Stakeholder Management : Build relationships, understand business needs, and engage with key functions to deliver results. Category & Sourcing Leadership : Develop and execute category strategies, run RFPs, RFQs, e‐Auctions and scout for innovative suppliers. Contract & Supplier Management : Own contract negotiations, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with ESG and sustainability goals. Digitalization & Data Analytics : Champion digital transformation by integrating AI and digital best practices into everyday procurement and drive adoption of new tools and processes. Change & Innovation : Act as a change agent, train colleagues and continuously seek new ways to improve and automate. Risk Management : Monitor supply chain and cyber risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance.
