Experteer Overview As a Product Certification Auditor, you help maintain product excellence through field-based assessments across diverse environments. You will work within a global standards leader to verify compliance with Kitemark and BSI certification schemes, supporting clients across construction-related sectors. You'll lead and coach audit teams, plan assessments, and deliver clear reports with actionable recommendations. This role combines hands‐on auditing with client‐focused service, contributing to trust in products and systems. The opportunity to advance toward Lead Assessor and shape the certification process adds meaningful impact and growth.
Retribuzione / Benefits Prepare assessment reports and present findings with actionable corrective actions
Recommend certificate decisions (issue/re-issue/withdrawal) per policy and timelines
Maintain account responsibility for nominated clients and drive service delivery and growth
Lead assessment teams, brief members, and foster strong client and team relationships




Provide timely information to support services and keep client records up to date
Coach and mentor colleagues, including onboarding new assessors
Plan workloads and optimize time for revenue generation
Attend required training and follow internal procedures for client and asset management
Travel as required and maintain readiness for Lead Assessor onboarding
Manage a portfolio of clients based on location and qualifications
Coordinate client visits, scheduling, travel plans, assessments, and reporting
Monitor client accounts to ensure records, invoicing, and cycles are properly handled
Lead teams when needed and mentor newer colleagues
Perform other duties to meet assessment delivery objectives
Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to audit practices
Contribute to client satisfaction across assessments and certifications
Support the onboarding and integration of new clients and schemes
