We are seeking a self‑motivated, results‑driven individual with a background in vehicle finance technology and services to join our team as a Business Development Manager in select markets.

This role supports the CRIF Select platform and serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing Account Managers to operate at a high level of performance, managing lender relationships, and driving market growth.
This role combines sales leadership, coaching, strategic planning, and market analysis to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve high performance standards via team meetings, regular 1:1 coaching sessions, and ongoing business results reviews.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Ensure lender clients have documented strategy plans, support AMs in developing and executing strategy plans, evaluate performance against objectives, and overcome barriers to success.
- Lender Relationship Management: Generate growth through the rollout of CRIF-integrated products, managing project timelines with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are met.
