Experteer Overview As a Business Unit Senior Controller, you partner with BU leaders to steer performance through rigorous financial analysis and forward-looking insights. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support sustainable profitability. Your work spans cross-functional collaboration, nuanced variance analysis, and business case evaluation to enable informed, strategic decisions. This role offers impact across the BU and a chance to shape growth within a fast-paced multinational setting. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast for BU sales, capex and operating costs, aligning targets with business strategy in close collaboration with management Act as the primary finance partner to BU leaders, translating results into actionable insights for timely decisions Deliver monthly/quarterly management reporting and trend analysis,



highlighting risks and opportunities beyond the numbers Support the BU General Manager as a trusted sparring partner to drive sustainable growth and profitability Perform product profitability and investment return analyses; assist in business case development for new products and go/no-go decisions Monitor sales and margin evolution with variance analyses vs budget and prior year, with clear narrative and actions Foster cross-functional relationships to promote a performance-driven culture and improve visibility across the organization Drive adoption of new business analytics tools to enhance decision-support capabilities across BUs Responsabilità Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken) At least 5 years of proven controlling experience in complex multinational environments Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills Highly organized with reliable working methods Strong business acumen and proactive, team-oriented mindset Willingness to travel (plus) Exc
