TP-Link Italia is seeking an independent, energetic technology-driven professional to join our Italy-based Business Network Support team as a Level 2 Engineer. You will support SMB/Enterprise product lines and global business customers, assisting L1 specialists and ensuring incidents meet SLAs.

You will document tickets, escalate when needed, and work with R&D;, testing, and product teams to resolve complex issues.
