Experteer Overview In this role you will support CDBG-DR consulting engagements, guiding planning, execution, and delivery for government clients. You'll help ensure compliance with HUD and federal regulations, while shaping disaster recovery program design and eligibility. You will work with state and local grantees, contributing to policy interpretation and process improvements. This position offers remote or hybrid options and a chance to impact public sector outcomes at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support CDBG-DR consulting engagements across planning, execution, and delivery
Assist clients in maintaining compliance with Universal Notice, Stafford Act, 24 CFR 570, 2 CFR 200, and related regulations
Assist in designing and implementing disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility and National Objective requirements
Contribute to determining program implementation methods and design
Draft or evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for CDBG-DR compliance
Develop policies and procedures aligned with regulations and Action Plans
Ensure timely, accurate client deliverables
Engage in business development activities, including conferences, RFP responses, and funding opportunity reviews
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
3+ years of CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy role
Strong policy background with 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 compliance knowledge
