The Role
As Senior Online Marketplace Manager, you'll drive the long-term strategic growth and profitability of the Online Marketplace channel,
shaping the direction and commercial strategy for marketplaces within the European Digital Sales business. Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you'll be the subject matter expert, aligning with senior leadership to embed e-commerce priorities and establishing scalable operating models for future marketplace expansion. Your impact will be organization-wide, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and improving agility and execution.
Your Impact
Develop and implement multi-year growth strategies for the European Online Marketplace channel, aligning account roadmaps and investment priorities
Shape the strategic balance across channels (DTC, Wholesale, Marketplace) to drive growth, profitability, and brand equity
Translate strategy into actionable marketplace plans with clear financial ambition and capability requirements
Lead and manage online marketplace accounts with key strategic partners, guiding forecasting, investment allocation, and risk mitigation
