Experteer Overview As Construction Project Manager, you will lead complex energy infrastructure construction, ensuring technical standards, cost discipline, and alignment with strategic goals. You'll coordinate across engineering, procurement, and operations to drive on‐time, within‐budget delivery. You'll analyze data to improve quality, cost, and schedule, and escalate risks when needed. You'll contribute to continuous improvement across projects in a global, inclusive energy company aiming to accelerate the energy transition. This hybrid Milan role offers meaningful impact on large‐scale renewable assets.

Oversee contractor activities and ensure milestones are met
Analyze project data to optimize cost, quality, and schedule
Lead coordination with engineering, procurement, and operations teams




Resolve technical and operational issues and elevate risks as needed
Contribute to process optimization across construction projects
Responsabilità University degree in Engineering or related field
Extensive experience in construction project execution, preferably in the energy sector
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, standards, and project controls
Demonstrated cross‐functional leadership and issue resolution
Fluent in Italian and English
Experience in renewable or large‐scale power project construction is a plus
Experience in large utilities and multicultural environments is a plus
