Your role and responsibilities Managing new product introduction and leading proactive quality assurance activities for castings manufacturing and machining Analysing supplier performance and capabilities, identifying development opportunities and driving impactful development actions Developing and executing supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance Supporting suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to quality,



delivery and cost Executing supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verifying impact Requirements for the position Strong experience of iron and aluminium casting and machining technologies and manufacturing processes Quality management process understanding Excellent communication skills Strong personal drive for identifying development potential and proven skills on leading improvement projects or initiatives successfully within crossfunctional teams Performance-focused mindset and capability to make an impact on increasing performance level A systematic way of working and excellent problem-solving skills Capability to apply lean principles and statistical process control in daily work for driving improvement Qualifications / to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have M. Sc. or B. Sc. in Engineering or Economics and Business Administration, or qualified equivalent Fluency in English, b
