Job Summary
Rossignol Group is looking for a retail leader to work alongside the Store Manager to support all operations of the Rossignol store in Scalo Milano, Italy. If you have strong retail experience and want to be a part of Rossignol’s new and growing retail channel, we encourage you to apply.
The role supports the Store Manager in driving an innovative, exceptional customer experience,



in an effort to operate sales profitably. The Assistant Store Manager supports the overall management tasks of the store, staff, and inventory and customer service.
The Assistant Manager is willing to inspire their team and colleagues. They have the ability to motivate people with a dynamic work approach. They are business oriented and result driven.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper planning ensuring appropriate staffing levels, associate supervision, coaching, and providing clear direction on overall merchandising standards, stocking and customer service expectations.
- Point of contact when Store Manager is not on-site
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assesses the effectiveness of the team, and provides the appropriate level of coaching performance feedback
- Conducts sales and inventory management
- Assists Store Manager with on-the-job training to new employees and operational
