Overview

In this role you will drive growth for a structural heart portfolio by shaping marketing strategies, leading product launches, and supporting commercial excellence in tender-driven healthcare. You will collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to bring innovative therapies to patients in Italy. Expect to manage launches, lifecycle activities, and market insights while ensuring compliant tender processes. You will contribute to cross-functional execution and data-driven optimization, delivering impact across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Lead tender documentation preparation and submission for SI and CS portfolios
- Ensure high-quality, compliant tender materials and collaborate with Sales to optimize tender outcomes
- Support and execute product launch plans for new technologies and manage product lifecycle activities (forecasting, positioning, messaging)




- Track product performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Create and organize promotional and educational materials, congress participation, events, and field training
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform planning and budgeting
- Provide ongoing cross-functional support and align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering
- Experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Exposure to tender-driven environments (highly valued)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
