Experteer Overview

In this role you lead civil and structural design and construction management for complex industrial facilities, ensuring client needs, project objectives, quality, and schedule are met. You work within multidisciplinary project teams, guiding solutions from concept through delivery. You’ll support project managers to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and cost-control, while resolving design challenges and coordinating with stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape critical infrastructure with robust, code-compliant solutions and hands on site involvement.

- Lead design and construction management of civil/structural systems (reinforced concrete and steel)
- Support Project Managers to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets
- Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender packages; assist contractor selection
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Resolve technical design issues and support construction teams on site




- Review and supervise calculations, drawings, and technical specifications; ensure timely approvals
- Monitor progress, budgets, variations, and compliance with EHS and project standards through site visits and meetings

Responsabilità

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or comparable
- Minimum 10 years of design and construction experience in industrial/complex buildings
- Strong expertise in reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast, and long-span systems
- Experience with foundations, piling, substructures, and site-based construction
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Proficiency in structural design software; familiarity with BIM and 3D tools (Revit, Navisworks)
- Native-level Italian language skills and professional English (min B2)
