In this role you will plan, prepare and execute time‑critical shipments for Radioligand Therapy products, ensuring compliance and on‑time delivery from manufacturing sites to worldwide destinations. You will collaborate with manufacturing sites, couriers and internal teams to maintain data quality, system batch plans, and end‑to‑end shipment execution. You’ll tackle risks, coordinate documentation, and optimize logistics options to support a patient‑centric mission. This position offers hybrid work and exposure to complex regulatory logistics in a global pharma setting.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Batch build‑up in the system to create timely batch plans for production
- Coordinate courier bookings, pre‑alerts, shipping documents and GPS devices for each shipment
- Prepare and verify required documentation (DGD, AWB, BOL, PI) ensuring DOT/IATA compliance
- Stakeholder coordination with manufacturing sites, couriers,



and internal teams with proactive updates
- Identify risks, trigger mitigations, and coordinate recovery actions with clear communication

Responsabilità

- Technical Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing site's Supply Chain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal and written)
- Time management and adaptability to changing cut-offs and processes
- Attention to detail and right‑first‑time data/documentation execution
- Fluent in English
