Experteer Italy is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to shape the technical direction of growth-focused services powering the consumer journey. You will design and own backend systems—from identity and payments to loyalty—driving reliable, scalable experiences.

You will collaborate across teams, raise engineering standards, and mentor peers to deliver impactful features before rollout in a high-velocity FinTech platform. Fluent English is required; hybrid work in Lombardy is offered.
