Role Summary
A successful candidate in this position will lead team(s) of employees and consultants to implement SAP S4/HANA ERP solutions at various Flowserve plants and locations globally. The scope of SAP solutions includes complete end‑to‑end implementations, point CIP solutions, technical upgrades and various module implementations.
Your Role
- Manage, deliver, and support ERP implementations that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for Flowserve.
- Manage implementation risk and project economics, including planning, budgeting, and defining deliverable content, while ensuring buy‑in from top business and IT governance managers.
- Interact daily with business management and sponsorship.
- Provide leadership to a team of multiple employees and consultants, coaching, mentoring, and supervising project team members and contractors to foster accountability.
- Ensure end‑to‑end project governance and drive standardization of processes to support, control, and manage SAP within Flowserve, as well as the implementation methods used to roll out ERP.




- Travel approximately 50% of the time, or more as business needs require.

Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.
- 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience, of which 3 years should be in a manufacturing environment.
- 3 complete life‑cycle implementations from requirements to production support.
- 3 years’ experience as a hands‑on ERP Project Manager.
- Experience with SAP’s project methodology.
- Proficient in communicating with non‑technical shop floor personnel.
- 4‑year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in and manage matrix teams.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Expertise in Change Req
