Your Key Responsibilities New Business Ownership & ARR Growth: Win new business and drive ARR for Lexroom, leading deals from first qualified meeting to signature and handover. Deep Discovery with Senior Legal Stakeholders: Run high-quality discovery with General Counsel, Heads of Legal and senior stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, risks, constraints and priorities. Multi-Threaded Deal Leadership: Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles: identify and develop champions, engage business, legal, IT and procurement, and drive clear mutual action plans to close. BDR Partnership & Pipeline Focus: Partner closely with our BDR team to prioritise accounts and ensure a strong, healthy flow of qualified opportunities.
