Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Engineer to drive the technical evolution of our software engineering ecosystem through hands‐on work. Stellantis software runs everywhere: on deeply embedded ECUs, in infotainment and telematics systems, and on powerful central compute platforms.



It must scale across brands and models, port across many variants, architectures and operating systems, and be built through a constant stream of diverse toolchains. At Stellantis, we focus on a consistent build process and treat our build system as a product that empowers our teams and hides complexity from our developers. We apply platform engineering principles and deep expertise, adopting Bazel to deliver fast, incremental, reproducible builds and unified workflows across teams and languages. The dependency graph serves as the foundation for correctness, traceability, and reuse, ensuring our build infrastructure scales with the demands of a diverse and evolving software landscape.
