Position
Brief Description Of The Role
You lead Atlante's marketing operations function as a shared capability serving all European markets and myAtlante product team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you own the operational backbone (CRM, marketing automation,
performance marketing, the marketing tech stack and the WATT) and you enable internal clients (Country teams and myAtlante) to plan, launch, optimise and measure their campaigns. You make execution disciplined, consistent and measurable across markets.

By providing well governed tools, standardised processes and hands on operational support, you let each market and myAtlante run faster and better campaigns at lower cost, with reliable execution quality and consistency across the European footprint.
Core Responsibilities
Build, run and continuously improve Atlante's shared marketing capabilities: CRM, marketing automation and performance marketing, used by all markets and by myAtlante.
