Responsibilities
Planning & Mobilization
Plan daily and long‐term workover activities for multiple fast‐moving rigs.
Coordinate rig mobilization/demobilization and ensure proper site preparation, including access roads and location setup.
Review and implement well intervention programs in collaboration with well engineering teams.
Operations Supervision
Monitor and coordinate all rig site operations including:
Pulling and running tubing
Fishing, milling, and wellbore cleanout
Zone isolation, stimulation, and recompletions
Wellhead repairs and installation
Ensure daily operations align with safety, technical, and cost targets.
Implement best practices for rig skidding/moving to maximize efficiency.




HSE & Compliance
Enforce adherence to safety procedures, permit‐to‐work systems, and risk assessments.
Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks with rig crews.
Ensure rigs and operations comply with company HSE policies and national regulations.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the focal point between the operator, rig contractor, service companies, and logistics teams.
Coordinate movement of personnel, equipment, and materials to/from rig sites.
Ensure proper documentation of daily operations, performance reports, and non‐conformance reports.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track rig performance metrics (NPT, flat time, move time, cost per well).
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to operations management.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical or Marine Engineering from
