Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships and effectively communicating client needs to the delivery team.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, manage expectations, and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop business within the client portfolio.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion that meets quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, reporting progress and necessary adjustments.
- Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture within the team.




- Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies, monitor risks and issues, and elevate them as needed.
- Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies, anticipate client needs, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 8–10 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role within the banking industry.
- Proven experience managing system integration projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
