Aethos Monterosa in Champoluc, Valle d'Aosta, is seeking an experienced F&B; Operations Manager to lead day-to-day service across restaurants, bars and events, ensuring flawless guest experiences and seamless coordination with kitchen and events teams.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader, mentor the F&B; team, drive revenue, manage staffing and costs, and uphold the hotel's brand standards in a fast-paced luxury setting. Fluent English and Italian are essential.
