RealAdvisor S.A. is seeking a hands-on, highly commercial Country Manager to scale our operations in Italy. You will own revenue targets, lead a local sales team, and manage P&L; with end-to-end execution, acting as the local CEO for the market.

You will hire, train and coach revenue roles (SDRs, BDRs, CSMs), define KPIs, and cross‑function with HQ marketing, product and finance. This is a full-time freelance, fully remote role with competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.
