Accord Healthcare is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers with general HR duties and to ensure compliant employment practices in Italy. You will liaise with the HR Director on high-risk issues, assist recruitment, payroll, job documentation, and health referrals, while delivering timely HR guidance across the organisation.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, solid MS Office skills, and knowledge of IT employment law. Training and development are provided along with benefits.
