As the flagship role within the organization, the Solution Architect is expected to deliver a wide range of projects of all sizes and scopes, from small deployments or upgrades to large‐scale consulting and design engagements. What You'll Do Engage with customers to develop an understanding of their data and information management environment from a fresh, pragmatic perspective. Use validated consultative methods to craft, implement, and/or remediate solutions relating to Modern Data Protection, Multi‐Cloud capability, Archive & Compliance, Ransomware/Disaster Recovery, and Operational Improvement. Install and configure Commvault hardware and software following the design specifications to meet the customer's technical and business requirements.
