Your Role
Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation development of our beloved brands. This hands‑on role will provide invaluable experience in supporting the brand management team, from market analysis to the development and launch of new products.
What you will do
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in gathering raw data on the market, competitors, and communication.
- Contribute to the development of the innovation master toolkit, working closely with external agencies to create packaging designs.
- Track the performance of innovations by gathering performance data (sell‑in, sell‑out, market monitoring).
- Assist in preparing innovation business cases by collecting relevant data to formulate sound business assumptions.
- Prepare presentations and communication materials to sell the innovation internally and externally (global brand plan presentations,
product key visuals, product mock‑up creation, etc.).
What we are looking for
- University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Good organizational skills, proactivity, curiosity, willingness to learn and commitment to the job.
- Energy and passion to implement new projects.
- Fluency in Italian and English required; Spanish is a plus.
