Procurement Operations Specialist – External Manufacturing (3PM) Location: Arese, Italy
Overview Join a dynamic Procurement Operations team where you will play a key role in supporting External Manufacturing (EM) activities across Europe. This role focuses on delivering value through pricing accuracy, cost transparency, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners. You'll contribute to key business priorities including service excellence, cost savings, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Pricing Management Execute global pricing processes, ensuring data is updated accurately and on time




Maintain pricing compliance and support internal audits
Manage pricing uploads and supplier data systems
Cost Card (CC) Management Own the end‐to‐end cost card process, including data consolidation (materials, labor, scrap rates)
Create and validate cost cards with contract manufacturers (3PMs)
Maintain accurate cost data in SAP for finished goods
Support quarterly updates and ad‐hoc projects (e.g. new products, portfolio changes)
Ensure compliance, reporting, and data integrity
PIH (Product Instruction Handbook) Coordination Coordinate full PIH lifecycle from request intake to external approval
Partner with global shared services and cross‐functional teams
Ensure documentation completeness and compliance
Manage communication with external manufacturing partners
Cross‐Functional Collaboration Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and R&D;
Build strong relationships with external manuf
