Your role We are looking for a highly motivated Industrialization Engineer to join the Engineering team within the Sun Lens Business Unit. This role is key to optimizing and scaling mass production processes for injection molding and hard coating technologies. Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, the successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's operational footprint, starting with production flow redesign in Italy and evolving to global implementation. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful development and deployment of all necessary resources, equipment, and utilities.
