Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, the Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as the primary contact for sales reporting and statistical analysis across all distribution channels for Swisse and Zesty Paws brands in Italy. The role will collaborate closely with the field team, commercial, marketing, finance and customer service desks to manage S&OP; and support business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Produce daily sales, category, channel and product reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to set and analyze sales targets, policies and network sales goals.
Perform net sales analysis by customer for both offline and online channels.
Monitor sales performance, payment control and target achievement, including monthly calculations of external sales representative fees.
Reconcile monthly NSR data between Power BI, ERP and 3PL systems.
Conduct competitive intelligence on market data and P&L; structures of main competitors in the beauty supplement arena.
Monitor product dashboards in partnership with Marketing,



Supply Chain and Operations departments.
Track and evaluate commercial policy performance.
Define and monitor plans of action (POA).
Drive and implement Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) projects.
Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience as a BI specialist, coordinator or analyst in a structured business context focused on customer excellence, finance or business analytics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Power BI, ERP and similar data tools.
Ability to work quickly in a fast‐paced environment with a positive, continuous‐learning mindset.
University background in economics or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong motivation and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
