We are looking for a Client Advisor (Fixed-term, Tempo pieno 40h).

Job Description
Role Purpose
As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, embodying and sharing the values and philosophy of DoDo with passion and authenticity. Your mission is to deliver an extraordinary client experience, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s spirit and commitment to excellence, while maximizing sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.

How you will Contribute
Brand Advocate

Demonstrate passion as aDoDobrand ambassador during every selling ceremony

Learn to master the Brand and have an in-depth knowledge of the product

Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, front and back of house

Business Achiever

Give your best in teamwork andparticipatein all activities that contribute to the achievement of the boutique's overall goals and smooth operations

Achieve individual and team goals bybeing responsible forsales results working with KPIs and business applications

Participate inmaintaininga positive work environment

Ensureto be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors

Follow Company grooming, accordingly withDoDostandards and policies in terms of care and behavior

Clienteller

Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers through an individual approach,leveragingdifferent CRM andclientellingtools, to promote brand loyalty

Use CRM KPIs to strengthen and developcliientellingactivity





Supporting customers in the purchase of all DODO products and enhancing product knowledge and storytelling

Welcoming every customer and providing the best customer experience mastering our brand history and heritage

Profile
