Job Description The next Business Development Director, reporting directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role to defining and executing the Group's future growth strategy, will have the following responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth, initially focusing on German customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within passenger and commercial vehicles but also on agriculture, construction and mining vehicles. The Successful Applicant The successful Business Development Director will bring a strong technical background, ideally supported by a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, and a solid track record in sales and business development within the Automotive Tier‐1 industry.
