AVS is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex brands on Amazon. As an Account Manager (internally referred to as Senior Brand Specialist), you will own and drive the strategic relationship with a portfolio of complex vendor accounts operating across multiple EU marketplaces. You will navigate the unique dynamics of each market while building unified, customer‐centric business plans that create value for both end customers and your vendor partners. You will own your vendors' annual Vendor Growth Plans (VGPs) and be a key contributor to Joint Business Planning (JBP), shaping the 3‐year strategic direction alongside your vendors. You will translate performance insights into strategic priorities across four key areas: selection and product lifecycle management, supply‐chain and operational excellence, marketing and brand visibility, and commercial performance optimization. You will leverage advanced data analytics and generative AI tools to identify growth opportunities, inform business planning,

and develop solutions that balance vendor goals with customer experience. In a fast‐evolving environment where data, tools, and customer expectations change rapidly, you will be expected to move with speed, embrace new technologies, and find creative solutions that require novel approaches not yet tested before. Working cross‐functionally with partner teams across Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, you will lead initiatives that drive sustainable, long‐term growth.
Key job responsibilities
Commercial Performance & Strategic Planning: Own and drive the growth strategy for a portfolio of complex Pan‐EU vendor accounts.
