Experteer Overview As a Project Manager in industrial refrigeration, you will lead projects from planning through handover, aligning timelines, budgets, and resources with customer needs. You will own engineering activity—from concept and layout to system specifications—while coordinating cross‐functional teams, suppliers, and customers. You'll drive compliant, safe design and provide technical support to on‐site installation and commissioning. This international role combines hands‐on engineering with project leadership to deliver reliable refrigeration solutions. Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and control project timelines, budgets, and resources from initiation to completion Serve as primary customer contact, translating requirements into project plans Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers Conduct procurement activities, including material selection, orders, and cost tracking Develop plant concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for industrial refrigeration systems Create technical calculations, schematics,



and component specifications Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and internal policies Provide technical support to the service team during installation and commissioning Responsabilità Completed technical training or a technical degree Project experience or strong coordination skills Experience with industrial refrigeration systems advantageous (NH3, CO2, Freon) Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Clear and convincing communication at all levels Proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous working style Ability to take engineering responsibility from concept to implementation Ability to evaluate components, size systems, and ensure safety and performance standards Languages: English or German; French advantageous Requisiti fondamentali Company car for private use Innovative technical environment 24/7 accident insurance Corporate benefits Individual development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
